GENERAL QUESTIONS
Of course, dogs are very welcome here. Just keep them on a leash, and leaving poop in the sand is a no-go.😉
There's no admission charge for the RheinRiff. You can simply drop by, watch the athletes, enjoy a few drinks, or soak up the sun at the beach club. The only exception is for events where the RheinRiff is open only to guests or ticket holders. We'll always provide timely information about these via all common channels.
We're completely cashless, so card payments or Apple/Google Pay are no problem. If you only have cash with you, you can purchase a RheinRiff card with credit at the checkout and pay with it.
Our current opening hours are: Monday to Thursday: 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday: 1:30 p.m. to midnight Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to midnight Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Times may vary on holidays and during events. We also open earlier for athletes with reservations, such as early bird surfing.
Unfortunately not. We're not just a sports facility, but also a catering establishment. Therefore, bringing your own food or drinks into the RheinRiff is unfortunately not permitted.
In the food sector, we work with food truck partners who open for you on weekends.

I had an incredible time at RheinRiff! The artificial wave is perfect for both beginners and experienced surfers. The staff was super friendly and gave great tips to improve my technique. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the whole setup feels like a real surf spot. Can’t wait to come back!
